As part of the Small Business Initiative (MGT 401), my team and I collaborated with Fennel Cooking Studio, a local St. Louis business, to provide strategic consulting aimed at enhancing its operational efficiency and market presence. I served as the Team Lead, managing the project timeline, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the client’s goals. Our team conducted a comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, focusing on improving customer engagement and retention. We developed actionable recommendations to optimize their cooking class offerings and diversify revenue streams, including partnerships with local vendors and targeted marketing strategies. Additionally, we designed a structured feedback system to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Through these efforts, we delivered a detailed roadmap for Fennel Cooking Studio to strengthen its competitive edge and expand its community impact.
