ThinkPlayful

As part of a consulting project, our team worked with ThinkPlayful, an innovative early childhood education platform designed to inspire learning and growth in children aged 3 to 5. We focused on enhancing the app’s engagement and retention strategies, leveraging ThinkPlayful's mission to support diverse families, including Head Start participants, immigrant households, and single-parent families. Our work involved analyzing user needs and behavioral patterns to propose actionable solutions, such as personalized notifications, streak-based reward systems, and collaborative challenges. These recommendations aimed to encourage consistent app usage, foster parent and child involvement, and promote ThinkPlayful’s vision of delivering accessible and enriching educational experiences. Through detailed research and strategic planning, we provided ThinkPlayful with a roadmap to amplify its impact and position itself as a leader in early childhood education.
